Tai Chi Movements for Wellbeing is a specially developed sequence of movements which promotes physical, mental and emotional health by distilling the qualities of Tai Chi and Chi Kung in a simple and accessible way. It is an enjoyable and easy to learn form of movement meditation, helping to reduce stress, develop mindfulness and promote creativity. Longer term benefits of health and wellbeing initiatives include team development and improving morale, managing change and increasing productivity.
Full Day or Half Day workshops available in business or educational settings and also sessions combining TMW with coaching and development workshops.
