Wellbeing Workshops with TMW

Story Space Wellbeing Workshops use an enjoyable form of movement meditation to promote physical, mental and emotional health. TMW distills the essential qualities of Tai Chi and Chi Kung and uses a short sequence of movements to explore mindfulness. Tai Chi Movements for Wellbeing has been established for over ten years and is delivered in businesses, schools, and healthcare settings.

TMW is easy to learn and doesn’t require any special clothing or equipment. It is accessible and inclusive and can be done in a sitting or standing position. Support materials are available so that participants can continue with the practice independently. After the initial training just five to ten minutes a day can make a real difference.

Introductory workshops and longer programmes can be held at your at your place of work. I work with small and large groups and One to One coaching is also available.
