Words for Wellbeing
Writing workshops that are inspired by our need to slow down and contemplate the world around us. Carefully chosen poems and creative arts activities lead into guided and free writing exercises. This process can help to illuminate feelings and clarify thoughts. Our experiences then become a web of silken threads, joined one to the next, strengthening the connection to our authentic selves, to each other and to the flow of life through the seasons.
Recent work includes group sessions for the Ledbury Poetry Festival Community Programme with West Mercia CRC, and Rose Tinted Rags in Hereford, Grange Court in Leominster and Hereford Community Farm in Breinton.
In 2016 the Community Programme underwent an external review which included sessions at Grange Court with About Face Theatre Company:
